External Control of File Name or Path, : Incorrect Permission Assignment for Critical Resource vulnerability in Olgu Computer Systems e-Belediye allows Manipulating Web Input to File System Calls. This issue affects e-Belediye: before 2.0.642.
Harness Open Source is an end-to-end developer platform with Source Control Management, CI/CD Pipelines, Hosted Developer Environments, and Artifact Registries. Prior to version 3.3.0, Open Source Harness git LFS server (Gitness) exposes api to retrieve and upload files via git LFS. Implementation of upload git LFS file api is vulnerable to arbitrary file write. Due to improper sanitization for upload path, a malicious authenticated user who has access to Harness Gitness server api can use a crafted upload request to write arbitrary file to any location on file system, may even compromise the server. Users using git LFS are vulnerable. This issue has been patched in version 3.3.0.
TEC-IT TBarCode version 11.15 contains a vulnerability in the TBarCode11.ocx ActiveX/OCX control's licensing handling (INI-file based) that can be abused to cause remote creation of files on the host filesystem. Depending on where files can be created and which filenames are allowed, this can allow attackers to write files that lead to code execution or persistence under the context of the hosting process.
Improper permission configurationDomain configuration vulnerability of the mobile application (com.afmobi.boomplayer) can lead to account takeover risks.
| On Unix systems (Linux, MacOS), Arc uses a temporary file with unsafe privileges.
By tampering with such file, a malicious local user in the system may be able to trigger arbitrary code execution with root privileges. |
In Ocean Data Systems Dream Report, an incorrect permission vulnerability could allow a local unprivileged attacker to escalate their privileges and could cause a denial-of-service.
Sensitive information disclosure due to insecure folder permissions. The following products are affected: Acronis True Image (Windows) before build 41736, Acronis True Image OEM (Windows) before build 42575.
| Attackers with local access to the medical office computer can
escalate their Windows user privileges to "NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM" by
overwriting one of two Elefant service binaries with weak permissions. The default installation directory of Elefant is "C:\Elefant1" which is
writable for all users. In addition, the Elefant installer registers two
Firebird database services which are running as “NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM”.
Path: C:\Elefant1\Firebird_2\bin\fbserver.exe
Path: C:\Elefant1\Firebird_2\bin\fbguard.exe
Both service binaries are user writable. This means that a local
attacker can rename one of the service binaries, replace the service
executable with a new executable, and then restart the system. Once the
system has rebooted, the new service binary is executed as "NT
AUTHORITY\SYSTEM". |
Improper export of Android application components issue exists in 'ABEMA' App for Android prior to 10.65.0 allowing another app installed on the user's device to access an arbitrary URL on 'ABEMA' App for Android via Intent. If this vulnerability is exploited, an arbitrary website may be displayed on the app, and as a result, the user may become a victim of a phishing attack.
Improper permission settings for mobile applications (com.transsion.carlcare) may lead to user password and account security risks.
From the VSPC management agent machine, under condition that the management agent is authorized on the server, it is possible to remove arbitrary files on the VSPC server machine.
An issue in the snxpcamd.sys component of SUNIX Multi I/O Card v10.1.0.0 allows attackers to perform arbitrary read and write actions via supplying crafted IOCTL requests.
The com.remi.colorphone.callscreen.calltheme.callerscreen (aka Color Phone: Call Screen Theme) application through 21.1.9 for Android enables any application (with no permissions) to place phone calls without user interaction by sending a crafted intent via the com.remi.colorphone.callscreen.calltheme.callerscreen.dialer.DialerActivity component.
The com.glitter.caller.screen (aka iCaller, Caller Theme & Dialer) application through 1.1 for Android enables any application (with no permissions) to place phone calls without user interaction by sending a crafted intent via the com.glitter.caller.screen.DialerActivity component.
A flaw was found in the OpenShift build process, where the docker-build container is configured with a hostPath volume mount that maps the node's /var/lib/kubelet/config.json file into the build pod. This file contains sensitive credentials necessary for pulling images from private repositories. The mount is not read-only, which allows the attacker to overwrite it. By modifying the config.json file, the attacker can cause a denial of service by preventing the node from pulling new images and potentially exfiltrating sensitive secrets. This flaw impacts the availability of services dependent on image pulls and exposes sensitive information to unauthorized parties.
@vitejs/plugin-rs provides React Server Components (RSC) support for Vite. Prior to version 0.5.8, the `/__vite_rsc_findSourceMapURL` endpoint in `@vitejs/plugin-rsc` allows unauthenticated arbitrary file read during development mode. An attacker can read any file accessible to the Node.js process by sending a crafted HTTP request with a `file://` URL in the `filename` query parameter. Version 0.5.8 fixes the issue.
A Privilege Escalation vulnerability has been found in Panloader component v3.24.0.0 by Espiral MS Group. This vulnerability allows any user to override the file panLoad.exe that will be executed by SYSTEM user via a programmed task. This would allow an attacker to obtain administrator permissions to perform whatever activities he/she wants, shuch as accessing sensitive information, executing code remotely, and even causing a denial of service (DoS).
calibre is an e-book manager. In versions 8.13.0 and prior, calibre does not validate filenames when handling binary assets in FB2 files, allowing an attacker to write arbitrary files on the filesystem when viewing or converting a malicious FictionBook file. This can be leveraged to achieve arbitrary code execution. This issue is fixed in version 8.14.0.
A vulnerability in invokeai version v6.0.0a1 and below allows attackers to perform path traversal and arbitrary file deletion via the GET /api/v1/images/download/{bulk_download_item_name} endpoint. By manipulating the filename arguments, attackers can read and delete any files on the server, including critical system files such as SSH keys, databases, and configuration files. This vulnerability results in high confidentiality, integrity, and availability impacts.
Remote Command program allows an attacker to read any file using a Local File Inclusion vulnerability. An attacker can read any file on the printer. As for the affected products/models/versions, see the reference URL.
